The Curtain of 2022 is about to be drawn to a perfect close. It was a turbulent year for so many, myself included.
In 2022, I experienced forward push, mixed trajectory push and even pullbacks. Well, this is typically of almost every human existence. I do not consider myself a perfect case study.
Quickly, I will highlight my 10 biggest lessons from 2022 and hopefully, see how to realign and calibrate my focus for the next year.
People rarely change. Against long standing philosophical perspective, I have made personal observations that adults are less likely going to change. So, don't go into long term commitment with anyone you are not willing to adjust to their perspective of life.
The best time is the time spent in the preparation ground. In the battle ground everything happens very fast.
Things will happen very fast in life. I have seen friends become strangers and strangers become friends. The past one year has been crazy. In retrospect, I might have been the friend that became a stranger to you.
Do good irrespective of what is at stake. I don't want to explain this one.
It is better to go alone than to go on with people who are random about life. However, it is best to go on with people who are committed to making things work.
As we have clowns in real life, we also have clowns online. Be wise and know where to draw the line.
Money gotten from dubious means will NOT satisfy you.
The internet may not replace genuine human relations.
The human brain is able to record everything we have ever seen, learn and heard. With the right triggers it will release the ‘files’
As you get older, time becomes of utmost importance. My mentor told me this year that I may never be less busy again in life. Ps. I complained of time being too small to accomplish what I have set my mind upon.
Get genuine mentorship, it helps shorten the decision making process and will help you cancel the noise in this generation.
Oh, sorry I made it 11. We can go on and on, but let me stop here.
I hope you do have a wonderful holiday and a happy new year ahead.

I consider this phrase (the lessons I learnt) a gift to anyone who take knowledge of it. It can also be termed as common sense but you know what they say about "common sense". For the fact that anyone has it, you have the power to change your life in a short while. Thanks for sharing these powerful nuggets, I can relate with some as I learnt many lessons too, this year. Greater heights, Mr Godwin Usman.
